Disney World While Pregnant – A Guide

You’ve planned for the most magical vacation with your family, you’ve spent months planning, and now you’re pregnant. Do not fret! There are still many things expecting mothers can see and do at Walt Disney World. Of course you will have to skip the roller coasters, but there are still many family rides and shows you will be able to see and do. If you are unsure if a ride is considered “safe” all rides have posted health advisories outside the entrance. You will see a Red Triangle deemed “Physical Consideration” and that ride should be avoided if pregnant. *IMPORTANT* This is a recommendation based on healthy pregnancies. You should consult with your doctor before visiting the park and riding rides.
