The magic of the holiday season at the Walt Disney World is something that can truly make you feel like a kid again! When you see snow falling on Main Street USA as you approach Cinderella’s Castle covered in thousands of LED lights, there is no better way to get into the holiday spirit!
This brings me to the most festive holiday party out there, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! If you find yourself traveling to The Walt Disney World Resort on select dates between November 9th and December 22, 2017, you have to put this magical celebration on your to-do list! Let’s talk about a few reasons why you don’t want to miss it!!
#5 Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration
Mickey and Minnie star in this festive holiday show on Cinderella’s Castle stage! Join in as your favorite Disney pals sing some of your favorite holiday songs old and new! A few surprise friends will be stopping by to share in the wonder and magic of the season! Watch as Cinderella’s Castle glows and the snow starts to fall! It is the perfect show to get you in the holiday spirit!
#4 Special Character Meet and Greets
One of the coolest things about the party is the rare meet and greets available to party guests! One of my favorites is meeting the Seven Dwarfs, all at once, how cool is that? You can also swing by and say hello to Minnie, Daisy, Santa Goofy, and the famous Scrooge McDuck! Jack Skellington will also be on hand dressed as Sandy Claws! If you plan to meet up with these famous faces, go in with a plan! Lines for these characters begin to form early and they stay pretty busy all night!
#3 Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade
Festive magic and cheer surround you when your favorite Disney friends travel in style to wish you the happiest of Holidays! Watch in wonder as some of Disney’s most beloved characters show you how they celebrate the most magical time of year. Make sure you stick around until the end of the parade and wave to Santa and his reindeer in his magic sleigh! The parade will begin in Frontierland and will make its way to Liberty Square. It will then cross Liberty Square Bridge, circling Central Plaza, right in front of the Castle, before making its way down Main Street USA!
