Pack your bags! Disney Cruise Line is heading back to the Big Easy in early 2021! The inaugural season sailing from New Orleans begins in 2020 but your family will have even more opportunities to sail from the Crescent City in early 2021. It will be a limited time engagement with itineraries that include the Bahamas, the Caribbean, and Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay. Don’t worry if you can’t make to New Orleans because Disney Cruise Line will continue its tropical voyages from Texas, California, and Florida.
Experience the Big Easy’s flavors and flair both ashore and on board the Disney Wonder on New Orleans sailings. Be transported to Tiana’s Place restaurant from Disney’s film “The Princess and the Frog” and experience the street party celebrations, spirited jazz music and southern charm. Take advantage of the family friendly parks and museums, savor the city’s delicious cuisine, or sit back and enjoy the sounds of live jazz music before or after your cruise.
A pair of four and five night Western Caribbean cruises kick off in late January 2021 while Disney Cruise Line will add a new port of Progreso, Mexico to its five night voyage on the Yucatan Peninsula. Your family can explore this quaint town of Progreso from the crystal clear swimming holes to the ancient Mayan ruins.
If a stop at Castaway Cay is on your wishlist then be sure to try one of the three seven night sailings to the Bahamas. Rounding out the departures from the Crescent City is a 14 night Panamal Canal cruise.
Disney Wonder will head to the West Coast following its time in New Orleans. It will host a variety of sailings ranging from three to seven nights departing from San Diego to Baja and the Mexican Riviera. In Ensenada your family can venture off road or chill on the sandy beaches and hunt for gold on a pirate ship in Cabo San Lucas.
The Disney Wonder will also return to the popular home ports of Galveston and San Diego in early 2021 for Western Caribbean sailings. These sailings from Texas offer white-sand beaches on a series of four- and six-night cruises to Grand Cayman and Cozumel. One seven-night departure will feature stops at Key West, Nassau and Castaway Cay.
Three ships will sail to the Bahamas from Florida with each including a day at Castaway Cay, Disney’s private island. This award-winning destination has opportunities for both adventure and relaxation and is the ultimate escape in a tropical setting with Disney storytelling.
The Disney Magic will sail from Miami offering three-, four- and five-night Bahamian and Western Caribbean cruises. Port Canaveral will continue to be home to the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy. Your family can experience Broadway-style shows, kids clubs, character encounters , and immersive dining on these amazing cruises full of fun and relaxation. You’re sure to find something for everyone!
